The firm is led by Jeremy Wolfe, who has spent more than two decades building and leading engineering organizations across financial services, healthcare, and enterprise software. His background spans greenfield platform development, security operations, engineering leadership at scale, and the quieter work of coaching managers and shaping culture.

Good engineering looks boring from the outside. That is the point.

Engagements are structured around clear outcomes and defined timelines. We work alongside your team rather than over them, and we consider knowledge transfer to be part of the deliverable. When we leave, your people should be better equipped than when we arrived.
